Leaderboard - Feature Overview

The 'Leaderboard' provides a visual representation of the top-performing sales employees and teams in the company. This feature leverages Catalyst’s unique point-tracking system that reflects the sales performance. Under this system, each successfully closed deal yields a certain number of points to the consultant’s credit. Based on several factors such as the employee's sales history, position, and team leadership, the sales points are transformed into fully transparent and trackable monetary rewards and monthly payments (refer to the ‘Payroll’ feature for more information).

The ‘Leaderboard’ consists of two key elements, the ‘Top 50’ table, and the ‘Sales Teams’ view. The ‘Top 50’ table list displays the top individual achievers for a given month, while the ‘Sales Teams’ view reflects the company’s structure and displays team leaders, their subordinates, and collective sales points per each team. This feature allows the leadership to recognize and reward both individual achievers and teams. It serves several strategic purposes such as promoting healthy competition and boosting the company’s performance and sales figures.
