Learning - Feature Overview

The ‘Learn’ feature allows users to access the Video Tutorial Library, a collection of instructional videos embedded within the CRM system.

It provides insurance brokers with guidance on how to utilize Catalyst effectively and enhance negotiation skills. New tutorials can be added by Content Managers (refer to the ‘Content Menu’ feature and the ‘User Roles’ section for more information) to ensure continuous learning and skill development.
